At 70 MOONS, our products are crafted on demand. Your order begins production after purchase and ships directly from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
Where We Ship:
We ship to the U.S., Canada, and over 100 countries globally.
We do not currently ship to: Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, Vietnam, Egypt.
Production Time: 5–9 business days
Delivery Time (After Fulfillment):

U.S. & Canada: 3–5 business days

Australia/NZ: 7–22 business days

Remote areas: Add 2–6 business days
Customs: Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 2025
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. To request a return: Email support@70moons.com within 3 days of delivery. Include order number and clear photos. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days or when product is returned as arranged with our customer service team. Return shipping is only covered if the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipments that are returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.
