SHIPPING POLICY

At 70 MOONS, our products are made-to-order with love and intention. Once your order is placed, it enters production and is shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to your doorstep.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and over 100 countries worldwide.
We do not currently ship to:
Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, Vietnam, and Egypt.
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders are crafted and processed within 5–9 business days.

Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may not be available in all regions or during peak times.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipping method.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 2025
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. To request a return: Email support@70moons.com within 3 days of delivery. Include order number and clear photos.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days or when product is returned as arranged with our customer service team. Return shipping is only covered if the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipments that are returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.
